用途说明

本机适用于食品、医药、化工、电子等其他工业将颗粒状原料压制成圆形片、块/球及环形片、异形片等形状。不适用于半固体，潮湿颗粒，低溶性、吸湿性原料和无颗粒及细粉末物料的压制。本机符合GMP标准要求。冲杆与冲钉为组合式，压制不同形腔的产品，只需更换冲钉即可。

Application

ZP50-9 rotary tablet press is suitable for pressing of round, lump, spherical and annular tablets from granular materials. It is widely used in foodstuff, chemical, and electronic industries. It cannot be used to press semi-solid, wet granule, low solubility, hygroscopic or powder materials. The machine meets the GMP requirements. The drill drift and drift pin are built-up type. If you want to change the specification, simply order the drift pin of different specification.

工作原理和结构特征

1、本机传动：电动机（由变频器控制无级调速）→带轮传动→蜗杆传动→由主轴带动转台作顺时针旋转。

2、本机的压片工艺流程为连续进行加料、充填、压片和出片。

3、本机工作时，转台带动9付冲模作顺时针旋转，上下冲模沿曲线轨道做上下升降运动，并通过压轮来完成压力动作。

4、上下压轮装置采用滚动摩擦，有利于减少工作阻力，降低功率消耗。

5、压轮的安全卸荷装置在下压轮轴上，由弹簧平衡，其工作压力由弹簧套调整，超压时弹簧套自动跳动卸荷，电柜上的报警装置会发出报警信号，这样有利于压力稳定，减少冲击和震动，又起到保护冲杆的作用。

6、充填、片厚和转速等各部分控制调节均实行集中控制，易于操作。

7、本机采用封闭式浸油润滑的蜗杆、蜗轮传动，以减少功率损耗，延长其使用寿命。

8、本机的外围部件采用全封闭结构，使密封的压片室和驱动机构完全分开，又可防止粉尘飞扬且避免了油污的交叉污染。

9、本机的电气控制采用变频无级调速，操作方便、直观，操作面板简洁、明了。

10、装有除尘器，这种先进的装置可以自动清除粉尘。

Working Principle and Characteristics

1. Machine drive: motors (step-less speed regulation is controlled by inverters) → pulley driven→ worm driven→ turntable driven by the spindle for rotating clockwise.

2. The technological process for tablet pressing of this machine is material feeding, filling, tablet pressing and tablet out continuously.

3. During the operation process , turntable with 9 sets die drives for rotating clockwise. The up and down punch die moves up and down along the curve track , and conduct pressing action through the pressing roller.

4. Up and down roller rolling friction installations will help reduce resistance and lower power consumption.

5. The safety roller unloading device is installed on the axle of down roller, balanced by a spring. The pressure of their work is adjusted by the spring. When over-pressure occurs, the spring housing will automatically unload, and electric cabinet will issue the warning alarm signal, which is helpful to stabilize pressing, reduce shock and vibration , and protect the punch.

6. Filling, film thickness, rotational speed and other various parts are regulated by centralized control unit for easy operation.

7. The worm and worm gear are in totally submerged lubricant to reduce power loss and extend service life.

8. The external part of the machine is fully-enclosed to isolate the air-tight pressing room with driving unit to avoid dust and oil contamination.

9. The electric control uses variable frequency step-less speed regulation for easy operation. Operation panel is simple and clear.

10. Dust collector is installed to remove dust automatically.
