用途说明

本机是一种双压式自动旋转、连续压片的机器，将颗粒状原料压制成片剂。它主要用于制药工业的片剂生产，同时适用于化工、食品、电子等工业部门。

l       生产各种圆片和不规则药片。

l       装有透明玻璃的门窗，能清楚观察压片的状态，侧面板能全部打开，易于内部清理和保养。外围罩壳为全封闭形式，材料采用不锈钢，内部台面用不锈钢材料，能保持表面光泽与防止交叉污染，符合GMP要求。

l       所有控制器和操作件均布局合理。

l       采用变频调速装置进行电气调速，操作方便，转动平稳，安全准确。

l       系统中包含过载保护装置，避免冲模及设备的损害。当过载时，机器会自动停止。

l       实行机电一体化。

l       传动系统密闭在机器主体下方油箱中，是完全分离的独立部门，亦不会产生油污污染，又使传动部件浸润在油池中，易散热且耐磨。

l       装有除尘器，这种先进的装置可以自动清除灰尘。

l       机器的易用损件如上轨道、加料器、料斗、传动蜗杆、粉量器等与ZP33型老产品具有通用结构，有利于标准化、通用化、系列化。冲模可与ZP19、ZP33、ZP33B、ZP35、ZP37压片机通用。

Application

ZP35D rotary tablet press is double-press type, continuous automatic tablet press for pressing granular raw materials into tablets. It is mainly used in pharmaceutical industry and also the chemical, food, electronic industries.

l       All kinds of round tablets and irregular tablets can be produced.

l       Transparent glass doors and windows are installed for clear observation of compression. The side panels can be opened entirely for easy internal cleaning and maintenance. The external casing is in stainless steel and totally enclosed .Stainless steel internal table is installed to maintain surface gloss and prevent cross-contamination as per GMP requirements.

l       The lay-out of all the controllers and operate parts are reasonable.

l       Electric VVVF speed control device is installed for easy and smooth operation as well as safety and accuracy consideration.

l       An overload protection unit is included in the system to avoid the damage of the punches and apparatus. When overload occurs, the machine stops automatically.

l       It is mechanical and electrical integration.

l       The drive system is tightly sealed in a square oil tank under the bottom of the machine. It is an entirely isolated unit to avoid oil contamination. Meanwhile, the driving parts are submerged into oil for easy cooling and anti-wear resistance.

l       Dust collector is installed to remove dust automatically.

l       Wearable parts such as top rail, feeder, hopper and worm has interchangeable structure with the old ZP33 model for standardization, universalization and serialization consideration.   Punch dies are interchangeable with ZP19, ZP33, ZP33B, ZP35, ZP37 tablet press.
