用途说明

1、             本机是自动旋转连续压片机，广泛运用于制药、化工、陶瓷、食品、电子、塑料及粉末冶金等工业。

2、             本机适用于把各种颗粒状原料压制成片剂，而不适用于半固体、潮湿分子和无颗粒特细粉末压制。

Application :

1.  The machine is an automatically continuous rotary tablet press that are widely used in pharmaceutical, chemical, ceramics, foodstuff , electronics, plastics and powder metallurgy industries, etc.

2.  The machine is applicable to the pressing of  a variety of granular materials into tablets, but not applicable to the pressing of semi-solid, wet and ultra-fine powder particles .

工作原理和结构特征

1、本机传动：电动机（由变频器控制无级调速）→带轮传动→蜗杆传动→由主轴带动转台作顺时针旋转。

2、本机的压片工艺流程为连续进行加料、充填、压片和出片。

3、本机工作时，转台带动19付冲模作顺时针旋转，上下冲模沿曲线轨道做上下升降运动，并通过压轮来完成压力动作。

4、上下压轮装置采用滚动摩擦，有利于减少工作阻力，降低功率消耗。

5、压轮的安全卸荷装置在下压轮轴上，由弹簧平衡，其工作压力由弹簧套调整，超压时弹簧套自动跳动卸荷，又起到保护冲杆的作用。

6、充填、片厚和转速等各部分控制调节均实行集中控制，易于操作。

7、本机采用封闭式浸油润滑的蜗杆、蜗轮传动，以减少功率损耗，延长其使用寿命。

8、本机的外围部件采用全封闭结构，使密封的压片室和驱动机构完全分开，又可防止粉尘飞扬且避免了油污的交叉污染。

9、装有除尘器，可以自动清除粉尘。

Operating Principle and Structure Characteristics

1. Machine drive: motors (stepless speed regulation is controlled by inverters) → pulley driven→ worm driven→ turntable driven by the spindle for rotating clockwise.

2. The technological process for tablet pressing of this machine is material feeding, filling, tablet pressing and tablet out continuously.

3. When working, turntable with 19 sets of dies drives for rotating clockwise. Dies move up and down along track curve, and complete pressing movement through the pressure roller .

4. Rolling friction installations of up and down rollers will help reduce resistance and lower power consumption.

5. The safety roller unloading device on the below axle pressed by a spring balance, with their working pressure adjustable by the spring. When over-pressure occurs , the spring housing automatically unload, acting as a protection punch.

6. Filling, film thickness, rotation speed and other parts are regulated by centralized control unit for easy operation .

7. Submerged lubrication are used for the worm and worm gear units to reduce the power loss and extended service life.

8. The external part of the machine is fully-enclosed, so that sealed pressing rooms and drive mechanism can be totally separated from each other to prevent dust and avoid cross-contamination .

9. Dust collector are installed to remove dust automatically .
