用途说明

本机用以将各种颗粒状原料压制成圆片状，是适合生产的基本设备。其结构为双压式，有两套加料装置和两套压轮。转盘上可装29付冲模旋转一周即可压制58片。压片时转盘的速度，物料的填充深度、压片厚度均可调节。本机被中国国家医疗管理局授予优良品质产品奖。

Application :

This machine is designed for the pressing of round tablets from various kinds of granular materials. It is a basic equipment for batch production of tablets, with double-press mechanism. It consists of two sets of feed assemblage and two sets of press roller unit. The turntable carries 29sets of punches dies, with 58 tablets be pressed for each revolution of the turntable. During operation, the rotation speed, depth of the filling material and the thickness of the tablets are adjustable.

This machine has won the Fine Quality Product Prize awarded by China National Medical Management Bureau.
