ZP19旋转式压片机

本机用以将各处颗粒状原料压制成圆形片剂，***适合于小批量生产，其特点是转盘上可装19付冲模，旋转一周即可压制19片。转盘速度、物料的充填深度、压片厚度均可调节。机上的机械缓冲装置可避免过载而引起的机件损坏。机体一侧配有吸粉箱，通过吸咀可吸取机器运转时产生的粉尘、避免粘结堵塞。 本机曾获国家医药管理局优质产品奖。

This machine is applied to press all kinds of particle material into round tadlets and especially caters for small quantity production.It is featured that 19 pairs of dies may be mounted to the turret,so 19 tablets can be pressed at only one turn.It is allowed to adjust the turret speed,filling depth of material and tablet thickness.The mechanical slowing-down device on the machine may prevent damage to pars caused by overload.Powder-absorbing box is installed to one side of the machine.It may absorb the powder from the operation of the machine via sution port to avoid bonding and clogging. The machine was awarded with High Quality Product issued by State Medicine Administrative Bureau of China.
