ZP33旋转式压片机

本机用以将各种颗粒状原料压制成圆片状，是适合批量生产 基本设备。其结构为双压式，有两套加料装置和两套压轮。转盘上可装33付冲模，旋转一周即可压制66片。压片时转盘的速度，物料的充填深度、压片厚度均可调节。机上的机械缓行装置可避免因过载而引起的机件损坏。机内配有吸粉箱，通过吸嘴可吸取机器运转时所产生的粉尘，避免粘结堵塞，并可回收原料重新使用。

This machine is applied to press all kinds of particle material into round tablets and is the basic equnpment catering for mass production.It is constructed as double pressing type and has two sets of charging devices and two pressing wheels.Turret may be mounted with 33 pairs of dies,so 66 tablets can be pressed at only one turn.It is allowed to adjust the turret speed,depth of filling material and tablet thickness during pressing .The mechanical slowing-down device on the machine may prevent damage to parts caused by overload.Powder-adsorbing box is installed into the machine.It may absorb the powder from the operation of the machine via suction port to avoid bonding and clogging of powder and recover raw material for reuse.
